Fall Upstate NY Wedding at Handsome Hollow // Nick + Christine

Nick + Christine decided to get hitched at a quaint little barn in rural Upstate NY. The laid back couple kicked off the weekend with a pig roast (kicking it back to the bride’s Chinese roots) and the good food and fun continued on into the wedding day! Unfortunately there was unseasonably cold and wet weather on their wedding day, but they both took it in stride and it was just a big party the whole day. The locale was so beautiful (especially with the Fall leaves in full effect) I convinced the couple to get their wedding attire back on for a ’day after shoot’ the following morning. I said forget your hair, all the makeup and just come looking like you (with your wedding dress). A bit hungover and a little hesitant, these two awesome people trusted in me and we got some of the most beautiful shots of the whole weekend. It was such a beautiful quiet time as newlyweds without all the fuss of the wedding day!
